After upload

When you have uploaded and tagged your assets they will appear under the Uploaded tab. This is the holding area for assets that are still in the process of being tagged with proper metadata and haven't yet been approved.

An asset needs to be approved in order to be distributed to a DAM frontend or to external publishing site.

Approve an asset

Select the assets you want to approve and press the Approve button. Now they will appear in your Library tab.

Note: If an asset has the orange triangle it means that there is a duplicate of this asset in your QBank Library.
