Index media

When you index the media you make it accessible for the search engine. It is important that you index as accurate as possible in order to get high quality on the search results.

1. Choose the media you want to index (you can edit single or multiple media* simultaneously).
2. Click on the edit button.
3. Set the metadata and save your changes.

* When you edit multiple media simultaneously you can choose to overwrite the previous metadata, append (add metadata) or clear field (reset all previous metadata).

When you enter new metadata you can get suggested values with suggestions of keywords and descriptions for example.
