How to deactivate a user from your QBank

Step by step guide:

1. Click on Administration tab
2. Click on Account
3. Click on the user you are about to disable
4. Scroll down and click on the red button "Disable User". 

IMPORTANT: Before erasing or deactivating a user from your QBank, it may be helpful to review this person's ownership of folders, uploaded images or moodboards. Perhaps you would like to merge and transfer the the folders and moodboards to a new colleague. The feature Merge user rights and change asset owner is found in the Users view in the Administration tab and it is available for QBank administrators.
