Set access to folder

Important note: If a user has access to a given media, it isn't possible to hide that media from the user by not adding this user (or group this user belongs to) to the Folder access that the media belongs to. In such case, we would only hide the Folder within the folder's structure, but the media will remain accessible. 

STEP-BY-STEP Guide

1. Right click on a folder and choose Edit folder
2. Click on the Access tab
3. Give different users or groups different kinds of access to the folder
4. You can choose to give the same access to a subfolder. Then you click the box "Include Subfolders"
5. Click on the save or save & close button
